The inquiry form on this website opens your email application. It does not create an account or submit an order through an online checkout. If you send the email, Litter Direct receives the information included in your message.
This information may include your name, business email, company name, target market, inquiry type, preferred litter material, estimated order quantity, pack-size requirements and any additional details you provide.
We may also receive attachments, product briefs, packaging artwork and information included in later correspondence.
How we use inquiry information
We use the information you send to review and respond to your sourcing request, discuss suitable product and packaging options, and understand the quantity, destination and timing involved.
If you request a sample or quotation, the information may also be used to prepare the relevant product, packaging and commercial details. Correspondence may be retained so that follow-up questions, specification changes and repeat-order discussions can be handled consistently.
Email services and necessary disclosure
Information sent by email may be processed by your email provider and the email provider used by Litter Direct. We do not sell business contact information as a contact list.
If your request involves sampling, packaging, documentation or logistics, relevant details may be shared with the team members or service providers responsible for that work. Any such disclosure is limited to information relevant to the requested activity.
